Spring is here and we are on the lookout for eight beautiful lovelies to join us for a two week fitness challenge that will encourage their body to find a new well-rounded routine that features a variety of group fitness sessions, a 6 kilometre walk and a recover & recoup session to perfectly complete the working week.
Our session timetable is strategically planned to work the body the right way at just the right time, optimising your health and well-being and ensuring your fitness regime each week is a positive experience.
So, if you are well into fitness or just starting out, this two week challenge will keep you consistent, accountable and for the most, moving and motivated to work on you for you 🤍
Each week you will have access to one of our signature Barre Sessions (choice of 3 session times per week), our Step Aerobics Session, Recover & Recoup Fitness Session, Weekly Walking Group and you will also receive a DanceFIT T-Shirt!

Our signature Barre class is a controlled, low impact, beginner friendly, easily modifiable class to suit all ages and fitness levels, and involves a complete total-body workout all in one session.
Our Barre sessions at #thewarehousecolac combine a pilates technique with an infusion of balletic movements, yoga flow, cardio and strength training exercises. We complete our sessions on the mat and at the barre to fulfil a complete total-body workout.
Rhythmic stepping to the beat of an amazing playlist of upbeat tunes using an adjustable aerobics step, which has some fantastic benefits!

Our walking group meets at The Warehouse and completes a six kilometre walk each week. The pace is set to promote improvement in muscle endurance, increase energy levels and warm up the entire body. It is a great way to meet like-minded locals and socialise which in turn boosts our mood and positively impacts our mental health.
This stretch and flow fitness session is the perfect way to wind down and prepare for the weekend. It includes a variety of gentle stretches and movements that will work on balance, flexibility and stability, focusing on our core and breath work.
