Let's be real mums, we know how hard it can be to find the time for 'me' between kids, work commitments, family, and social outings. How do we find the time to focus on our health and wellbeing?
At The Warehouse, our mamaFIT program is dedicated to supporting mothers in achieving optimal physical and mental wellbeing through safe, effective, and empowering group fitness experiences. Our mission is to provide an expertly designed program that enhances strength, confidence, and overall health, while fostering a supportive community where women can connect, grow, and thrive throughout every stage of motherhood.
Hi lovelies, I am Mel and I am so excited to share our newest addition to The Warehouse, mamaFIT!!
This will be an absolute gamechanger for all Mums, no matter what age or stage of life you may be. We will be offering weekly group fitness workout sessions, tailored to the needs of women who are looking for the opportunity to focus on themselves, find time for them and feel better for it!
Throughout the duration of each week, you will have completed a variety of workouts that will have targeted an overall total-body workout (upper body, core, glutes, lower body) and will have strengthened, toned, improved stamina, balance, flexibility and your overall health and wellbeing.
For the mums with little ones, we are happy to invite those little kiddo's along (under the age of three). For the expecting mums, feel free to join us too! Regardless of what stage you find yourself in motherhood, these sessions will be tailored to suit your every need, with variations and modifications available at all times, you will feel safe and confident to move and just be you!


Our amazing Barre classes are a low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training. It’s designed to build muscle endurance, flexibility, and balance through small, controlled movements performed at the ballet barre and on the mat.

Empower your body from the inside out.
Our Strength & Tone group fitness sessions are designed specifically for women, combining targeted resistance training, core conditioning, and pelvic floor activation to help you move, feel, and live stronger.
This uplifting class blends functional strength exercises, low-impact toning movements, and mindful breathwork to support your body’s natural rhythm and resilience. Whether you’re rebuilding strength postnatal, maintaining fitness through life’s changes, or simply wanting to tone and tighten, this session meets you where you are.

Restore. Rebalance. Reconnect.
Our Stretch & Recover class is designed to help women slow down, release tension, and restore balance to body and mind. Through a blend of gentle stretching, mobility work, and mindful movement, this session supports flexibility, recovery, and overall wellbeing — leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and re-energized.
Guided by an experienced instructor who understands the unique needs of women’s bodies, each class focuses on easing tight muscles, improving posture, and promoting deep relaxation. Using props, breathwork, and restorative techniques, you’ll find space to unwind and move with intention.
